Logistics Committee
Committee Charter and Goals
The logistics committee is responsible for providing overall support and logistics for FOBANA 2009. Besides helping in other areas, the main responsibility will include:
Arrange adequate security at the venue
Arrange Emergency Medical Support
Provide volunteer for the registration booths
Coordinate and support the food vendors
Coordinate and support the vendors in the marketplace
Arrange transportation for stage materials
Arrange transportation for all artists and guests
Provide Liaison for all dignitaries and celebrities
Coordinate all volunteers
Provide ushers in every sensitive point
Provide volunteers to other committees and teams when necessary
Provide volunteers to different zones for selling tickets
Provide volunteers for the seminars
